CONCORD, N.H. — The New Hampshire Maple Producers Association will host its Annual Meeting on Saturday, January 24, 2026, at the Grappone Conference Center, located at 70 Constitution Ave. in Concord. The event is projected to draw the largest attendance in the association's history, bringing together maple producers, industry partners, and supporters from across the Granite State.

Registration and a social hour will begin at 8:00 a.m., allowing attendees to reconnect with fellow producers, network with industry leaders, and kick off the day with conversation and
camaraderie.

The meeting will open with welcoming remarks from Andrew Chisholm, President of the New Hampshire Maple Producers Association, followed by remarks from Governor Ayotte and Assistant Commissioner Josh Marshall.

The business portion of the meeting will include officer reports, including the President’s and Treasurer’s reports, as well as the association’s budget, along with committee updates from the Containers, Sales, Fairs, and Website committees.

A featured highlight of the day will be keynote presentations from Glenn Goodrich and Ruth Goodrich, well-known figures in the maple industry who will share insights, experiences, and perspectives from their years in maple production. We will also benefit from insights from Tanner Frost of UNH and Brian Bainborough.

Attendees will enjoy a provided lunch before the afternoon program continues.

Afterwards, the association will present the Carlisle Award, recognizing outstanding contributions to New Hampshire’s maple industry.

The day will also include raffles and door prizes, giving attendees the chance to take home a little extra sweetness, before concluding with a 3:30 p.m. board meeting.

2026 Membership is Here

NHMPA Membership,
As we approach the end of the year, it’s time to renew your membership with the New Hampshire Maple Producers Association. Your support is vital for our continued efforts in promoting sustainable practices, providing educational resources, and advocating for the interests of maple producers like yourself.

2025 has proven to be a very successful year for our association. To recap, our new venue for the annual meeting (the Grappone Conference Center) allowed us to have one of the largest attended annual meetings. In 2026, we plan to build on that and host the largest meeting in the association’s history. Watch for emails in the coming weeks for speakers, special guests, and sponsors.

I’m also happy to announce that the website is finally getting a much-needed redesign and overhaul. Our board has been working on this project for several months and will be ready at the annual meeting.

Containers – if there was a dark cloud at all for 2025, it would be the container situation. However, there is a silver lining. In January 2026, we will have a one-year supply of all containers ready to go and available. Work began in June of 2025 for a solution to the container issue that is acceptable to the NHMPA and our supplier. We are now in the home stretch of seeing that through.

Those are some of the big highlights; of course, many more accomplishments were made. I encourage everyone to attend this year’s annual meeting on January 24, 2026.

The membership structure remains unchanged from last year. I’m also happy to announce nhmaplemap.com is getting a refresh in addition to the association website. Members who opted for the “premium” membership level reported a drastic increase in attendance during Maple Weekend.

Renewing your membership is simple! Please complete the attached membership form and return it by December 31, 2025. You can also renew online at https://pci.jotform.com/form/252924966031157.

Thank you for being an integral part of the New Hampshire Maple Producers Association. Your contribution helps us thrive and continue making a positive impact in the maple industry. If you have any questions or need assistance with the renewal process, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Warm regards,
Andrew Chisholm
President NHMPA
