We began sugaring in 2000 with 140 taps, and currently have over 4100 taps with a tubing and vacuum system. All of these taps are located in the beautiful White Mountains of NH. We have modernized our evaporation system (with a reverse osmosis) and sap collection system to be more efficient but still are small enough to have maintained some old fashion traditions.
We will be having our annual open house on March 19th and 20th from 10:00-2:00 to celebrate Maple Month! We will have maple syrup, maple glazed nuts, maple cream and candy as well as other maple confections available. Come and see how syrup is made and pick up a sweet treat! We will be boiling (weather permitting).
