We began sugaring in 2000 with 140 taps, and currently have over 4100 taps with a tubing and vacuum system. All of these taps are located in the beautiful White Mountains of NH. We have modernized our evaporation system (with a reverse osmosis) and sap collection system to be more efficient but still are small enough to have maintained some old fashion traditions.
Help us celebrate Maple Month with some hot maple syrup over ice cream! We will have maple syrup, maple glazed nuts, maple cream and candy as well as other maple confections available. Stop by for a guided tour of our facility and learn how maple syrup is made. Enjoy a special maple treat on us!
