Babel’s Sugar Shack is a small, family-run sugarhouse established in 2006. We take pride in making quality maple syrup in a small scale operation. We are proud of our maple syrup and were honored to be the recipient of the WMUR Viewer’s Choice for Best Sugarhouse in 2021 and Runner-up in 2022. We have also been inspected by the State of New Hampshire Department of Agriculture and have received the Seal of Quality designation.
September 2022 we won 1st Prize and Best in Show for our amber and dark syrup at the Hillsborough County Fair. We won three blue ribbons at the Hillsborough County Fair in September 2023.
