We are a local family run sugar shack from Madbury, NH. As graduates of the Moharimet Elementary school we learned at a very early age our appreciation for all things maple.
In 1998, my brother and I started to collect Market Basket milk jugs to be cleaned and hug on our beautiful old maples during February to late March. Back then we boiled all day, collected sticks to keep the fire alive while the both of us would share turns collecting sap with our little red wagon going up and down Nute Rd.
Flash forward 20ish years; we have upped our love for this long standing tradition, collecting over 7500 gallons on a commercial vacuum pump with plans to collect 10,000+ gallons this year.
