We are open on March 8-9 2025, as well as on March 15-16, for Maple Weekend(s). Our hours are from 11-4. We’ll have demonstrations, tours, food and other Kimstead Farm products, including fresh maple syrup. Nestled on the Hollis NH / Massachusetts line, Kimstead Farm has been a well known destination for decades. In addition to farm crops and farm animals, we also host events as well as various types of workshops. In 2021, we tapped a few of our trees and got “hooked”. We went from 25 taps in 2021 to 320 taps in 2025. We are committed to doing things the “old fashion” way by using buckets only however, we did acquire a wood fire state-of-the-art evaporator to help us process all of our sap. We thrive to make an exceptional syrup as well as educate the public of how it is made.
