We operate a small 600 tap operation but plan on growing steadily for the next few years.
We use a homemade 2 X 6 wood fired stainless steel arch. Our cupola is not centered at the peak of the sugar house so we could put the evaporator next to the outside wall allowing us extra room within the sugar house foot print.
Last year, (2020), we built an RO machine due to the low sugar content. It works great!!!
All visitors are welcome anytime we are boiling. Look for our sign on Rte. 10 South of Newport at the bottom of Page Hill Rd.
We offer Syrup, Sugar, Candies and Cream.
